Step 2 - Site Analysis & Concept Development
We study circulation, grading, views, exposure, drainage, architectural relationships, and use patterns to develop an initial design direction.
Step 3 - Master Plan & Design Refinement
The design is refined into a cohesive plan that integrates hardscape, planting, materials, features, and functional outdoor living spaces.
Step 4 - Documentation & Material Coordination
We prepare the drawings, layouts, planting plans, and design information needed to support accurate pricing, construction, and implementation.
